Terms of Service — CRM in Excel

By purchasing and downloading CRM in Excel, you agree to the following terms.

One purchase grants one license for one individual user. Organizations requiring access for multiple users should purchase a separate license for each user.

3. Restrictions You may not:

  • Sublicense or transfer your license to another person or entity
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer CRM in Excel itself as a standalone product, template, training material, or downloadable resource to any third party
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the product

4. Digital Product — No Refund All sales are final. Before purchasing, you are encouraged to download and test the free Trial version available on our website.

5. Intellectual Property CRM in Excel and all related materials remain the intellectual property of the author. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability The product is provided "as is." The author is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
