Terms of Service — CRM in Excel

By purchasing, downloading, activating, accessing, or using CRM in Excel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

CRM in Excel is licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software for your own internal personal or business purposes.

One purchase grants one license for one individual user.

Organizations requiring access for multiple users must purchase a separate license for each individual user.

2. License Key and User Identification

Each license key is uniquely assigned to a specific purchaser and serves as part of the licensing system used to identify authorized users.

By entering and activating a license key within CRM in Excel, you confirm that:

  • you are the authorized license holder,
  • you have legally obtained access to the software,
  • you accept these Terms of Service,
  • you understand that the assigned license key is intended exclusively for your personal use.

The license key remains the property of the author and is provided solely for the purpose of accessing licensed functionality.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • install and use CRM in Excel on your own devices,
  • use the software for your own internal personal or business activities,
  • create and maintain your own records, databases, and workflows using the software.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • share, disclose, publish, distribute, transfer, or otherwise provide your license key to any third party,
  • sublicense, assign, lease, rent, or transfer your license,
  • resell, redistribute, or offer CRM in Excel as a standalone product, template, downloadable resource, training material, or commercial package,
  • provide access to CRM in Excel to individuals who do not hold a valid license,
  • copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the software or any substantial portion thereof,
  • modify, reverse engineer, decompile, analyze, extract, recreate, or attempt to derive the formulas, logic, structure, workflows, architecture, or other proprietary elements of the software,
  • create derivative works based on CRM in Excel.

5. Unauthorized Sharing and License Violations

Providing a license key to another person, whether free of charge or for compensation, constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service.

If unauthorized sharing, duplication, distribution, resale, transfer, or other misuse of a license is detected, the author reserves the right to:

  • suspend or permanently revoke the license,
  • deny future activations,
  • terminate access to updates, support, and future versions,
  • restrict access to licensed functionality where technically possible,
  • refuse future purchases,
  • pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

6. Data Responsibility

The license holder is solely responsible for maintaining backups of all data stored, entered, or managed within CRM in Excel.

The author does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any licensed functionality and shall not be responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or other damages resulting from software misuse, technical issues, or license violations.

7. Refunds and Consumer Rights

CRM in Excel is a digital product delivered electronically.

Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, statutory guarantees, and consumer remedies are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content may be delivered immediately after payment and that refund rights may be limited or excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

CRM in Excel, including but not limited to its formulas, logic, workflows, design, structure, content, documentation, branding, trademarks, and related materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the author.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRM in Excel is provided "as is" and "as available."

The author makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness of the software for any particular purpose.

Use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use CRM in Excel.

This includes, without limitation:

  • loss of revenue,
  • loss of profits,
  • loss of business opportunities,
  • loss of data,
  • interruption of business operations,
  • reputational damage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, activating, accessing, or using CRM in Excel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
