General Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been delivered.

Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to try the free version of CRM in Excel, available at no cost and with no email address required: crminexcel.com/pages/free-excel-crm. The free file is a simpler program built on the same idea, so you can check how the structure fits your work before you decide to buy.

European Union & United Kingdom

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link has been delivered.

Australia

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Our "no refund" policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Brazil

Under Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), consumers have the right to cancel purchases made online within 7 days. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

General Consumer Rights

Applicable local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. Where required by law, we will honor those rights on a case-by-case basis. If the product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a remedy where required by applicable law.
