About

I am Michał B. Fedor. I built CRM in Excel because I needed it myself.
Why this file works
I use it in my own sales work, and I keep it alive: six versions so far, with the latest update shipped in July 2026. Before it went on sale, I handed it to other salespeople and rebuilt it around what they actually needed, not around what looks good on a feature list.
Under the hood there is real engineering: more than 30 sheets working together, 50,000 formula cells behind the daily call list alone, and a licence check that runs entirely offline. The three reviews on the homepage are signed by real people, with their full names.
Where it started
On my first day in sales I watched experienced people mark callbacks with a pen, on paper. After one week of calling I understood what that costs: you end the day exhausted and still unsure whom you forgot. So instead of a paper pile I started building a spreadsheet. A plain table of names and numbers grew dates, then message templates, then a daily list that decides for me whom to call. When I paired my phone with the PC through Microsoft Phone Link, the phone stayed on the desk and the tool became a system.
Excel has carried my whole career: I started as an investment and valuation analyst building financial models, and I later led product and technology teams behind national digital services, including Poland's mObywatel app. The road was not straight: for over a decade I ran a fire-performance troupe, and as a student I delivered mail through German winters. Today I work in sales. That is where this file lives and earns its keep.
What I believe
No AI can replace the salesperson: the human who shows up, on time, call after call. Trust is built by keeping your word to dozens of people at once, and that takes order, not automation. This file automates the remembering. The human part stays yours.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
It is for one person with a full calling day: clients who expect the phone to ring at the hour you promised, meetings every week, and no appetite for another subscription. It is not for teams working in parallel, phone-first work, or calendar and mailbox integrations; for that, a cloud CRM wins.
The honest way to check is the free trial: the whole program, every function, capped at 50 acquired and 50 cold contacts.
